Welcome to Sessions with Radhika.
Radhika Mehrotra (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates https://www.radhikamehrotra.me/
(hereinafter referred to as “Service”).
Our Privacy Policy governs your visit to https://www.radhikamehrotra.me/, and explains
how we collect, safeguard and disclose information that results from your use of our Service.
We use your data to provide and improve Service. By using Service, you agree to the
collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in
this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our
Terms and Conditions.
Our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of our Service and together with the

Your data is secure with us. Rest assured that under no circumstances (except for national
security purposes) will your data be shared by/for any means. All your transactions
will always be secure since you will be making either bank transfers or UPI enabled
payments directly to Radhika Mehrotra enabled by trusted apps.


10. Your Data Protection Rights Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
If you are a resident of the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA), you
have certain data protection rights, covered by GDPR.
We aim to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of
your Personal Data.

If you wish to be informed what Personal Data we hold about you and if you want it to be

In certain circumstances, you have the following data protection rights:
0.1. the right to access, update or to delete the information we have on you;
0.2. the right of rectification. You have the right to have your information rectified if that
information is inaccurate or incomplete;

0.4. the right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of
your personal information;
0.5. the right to data portability. You have the right to be provided with a copy of your
Personal Data in a structured, machine-readable and commonly used format;
0.6. the right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any
time where we rely on your consent to process your personal information;
Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests.
Please note, we may not able to provide Service without some necessary data.
You have the right to complain to a Data Protection Authority about our collection and use of

in the European Economic Area (EEA).


11. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online
services to post a privacy policy. The law’s reach stretches well beyond California to require
a person or company in the United States (and conceivable the world) that operates
websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a
conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and
those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy.
According to CalOPPA, we agree to the following:
0.1. users can visit our site anonymously;
0.2. our Privacy Policy link includes the word “Privacy”, and can easily be found on the home
page of our website;
0.3. users will be notified of any privacy policy changes on our Privacy Policy Page;
0.4. users are able to change their personal information by emailing us at
sessionswithradhika@gmail.com.

Our Policy on “Do Not Track” Signals:
We honour Do Not Track signals and do not track or plant cookies, or use advertising when a
Do Not Track browser mechanism is in place. Do Not Track is a preference you can set in
your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked.
You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your
web browser.


12. Your Data Protection Rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you are entitled to learn what data we collect about you. You can ask
to delete your data and not to sell (share) it. To exercise your data protection rights, you can
make certain requests and ask us:

0.0.5. The specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
0.0.6. A list of categories of personal information that we have sold, along with the category
of any other company we sold it to. If we have not sold your personal information, we will
inform you of that fact.
0.0.7. A list of categories of personal information that we have disclosed for a business
purpose, along with the category of any other company we shared it with.
Please note, you are entitled to ask us to provide you with this information up to two times in
a rolling twelve-month period. When you make this request, the information provided may be
limited to the personal information we collected about you in the previous 12 months.
0.2. To delete your personal information. If you make this request, we will delete the
personal information we hold about you as of the date of your request from our
records and direct any service providers to do the same. In some cases, deletion may
be accomplished through the de-identification of the information. If you choose to
delete your personal information, you may not be able to use certain functions that
require your personal information to operate.

Your data protection rights, described above, are covered by the CCPA, short for the

Information website. The CCPA took effect on 01/01/2020.


13. Service Providers
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service
Providers”), provide Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in
analysing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our
behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

We may provide paid products and/or services within Service. In that case, we use
third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).
We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to
our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by
their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as
managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure
handling of payment information.


16. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of 18 (“Child” or
“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you
become aware that a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we
become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of
